How do I delete my account?
To remove your account you need to log in and navigate to "My Profile". You will be presented with a number of tabs, one of which is "Remove". Follow the instruction on that screen to remove your account.

I've forgotten my username and/or password. How can I retrieve it?
If you navigate to the Forgotten Username or Password page you can enter either the username (if known) or the email address used for the account and we will email you a link where you can reset your password, and a reminder of your username.
