Website Maintainence (Various sites) (UK ONLY)

I have a number of websites which require occasional and constant updating. In all cases the applicant will be required to create images from supplied files (thumbnail and enlarged versions), following some briefing will also then add these to sites using built in administration areas. There are also sites which require some HTML coding skills for updating as well.
The reason I am posting these requirements is simple my time is being taken up by performing updates and my time is better spent sourcing new work, as well as designing and building websites, hence I run out of time to perform updates and as such need someone who can come on board and help out with these. In the most part they will be on an ad-hoc basis for the inital period but I am looking to secure ongoing agreements with these clients to manage their sites on a monthly basis.
Ideally I will need someone who can work on these during the day, so if you're already employed I won't be able to use you.
There is potentially a significant ammount of work available for a freelancer, as well as a growing requirement everytime a site is completed.

You must know how to use Photoshop and dreamweaver (or similar) and have an eye for what looks right.
