Wanted: a French copy connoisseur with a mighty fine grasp of English to rewrite our e-commerce website in 'la belle langue'. There's quite a bit to do, from quirky product descriptions filled with literary allusions and obscure puns to fairly playful FAQs and 'why we rock' kind of stuff, as well as drier things such as terms and conditions.
If you're a word-for-word translator with little imagination, you'll have better luck elsewhere. What we need is someone who can capture the tone and essence of our brand and make it work in French.
