To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate exceptional Consultant qualities. It is likely that to meet the criteria you will come from a large-scale consulting or systems integration background. However, you may be considered if you have the right skills and are prepared to take on the challenges of a consulting role for the first time.
Main areas of responsibility:
• Delivering solution builds using the .NET framework
• Designing components of Enterprise Architectures
• Guiding teams of developers [off-shore resource, client staff and Associates]
• Demonstrating the potential of technology to clients
• Involvement in pre-sales activities giving technical input to proposals, delivering presentations.
Experience requirements:
• A consulting background
• Excellent .NET programming skills gained in a system design capacity
• A relevant degree and ideally carrying Microsoft certification – or equivalent
• Exposure to working in an Object Orientated environment and Microsoft Servers [Biz Talk, SQL, Commerce]
• Led development teams
• A demonstrable passion for technology.
• Willingness to travel. Every effort will be made to respect work/life balance, but you should be prepared to travel on a weekly basis throughout the UK and internationally if required.
