My client, a leading 3G provider has a fantastic opportunity to join their market leading company as a ‘Technical Copy Writer’. This is a part time contract role based in the Berkshire area. Competitive rates apply.
The successful candidate will be responsible for writing new copy and amending existing copy for the Ireland contact centre help pages. You will write all copy in plain English, ensuring that it is clear and informative, explaining complex subjects in simple language. You will work with content owners and relevant experts to develop concepts and strategies for presenting new copy across all help pages.
The successful candidate should have extensive copy writing skills within a telecoms or similar environment. You should have the ability to explain complex ideas in a simple language.
