Permanent Web designer role

A great opportunity for a web designer with strong XHTML/CSS skills.
You will be involved in developing web sites from scratch, so a passion for great coding is essential. You’ll also be updating currently live sites, so your attention to detail and patience will come in handy too.
What you'll be doing:
Working in a team producing designs and working prototypes of new web sites.
Creating CSS/XHTML templates.
Producing graphics and logos for new sites.
Browser testing and debugging
Taking part in initial product planning: information architecture, user experience.
Creating online ads and email newsletters
What we’re looking for:
2+ years’ full-time experience.
Sound knowledge of interface design principles and brand identity.
Skills needed - Photoshop, Xhtml/CSS, Html, Flash and Illustrator a bonus.
Understanding of web standards, accessibility issues and basic design principles; page layout, typography, colour theory and aesthetic design concepts as it applies to the web.
