Senior Web Designer (Southampton)

We are seeking a highly experienced senior web designer to join our excellent team.
You must have a high standard of design, web architecture and build, together with strong creative and design skills. A proven track record of client strategy meetings ranging from SME to blue chip level is essential.
Ideally you have a qualification in design, but not essential. Multi browser experience and brand awareness is a must. Design for print is a major advantage.
You must be able to conceptualize and build with vision and entrepreneurial savvy. An understanding of usability and the impact of search engines on design is also essential.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the web, is accustomed with working towards deadlines and budgets, have excellent communication skills and is a mentor to junior members of the team.
Middleweight designers may also apply.
Salary £28-35k depending on experience.
