Details of role:
Responsibilities/Objectives -
The right designer will have a proven track record in the successful development of web content,
helping to guide brand ID development to achieve a compelling look and feel.
Reporting to: Global Brand Director
Mind Candy is an exciting start up developing a new kids' brand online, with an assortment of licensed products to launch alongside.
Permanent or contract: Permanent

Experience required:
Aptitudes -
* Successful experience in a fast-paced team environment
* Determined work ethic, but great fun to be around
* Cool portfolio of projects
Skills and Qualifications:
Web-Specific Skills/Qualifications:
* Mastery of state-of-the-art web design techniques
* Strong familiarity with cross-browser XHTML/CSS
* Experience designing for dynamic, database-driven web applications
* Consumer UI experience
* Flash experience a plus
* Design experience with kids consumer web sites a BIG plus
