This is an opportunity for a medium to heavyweight 3D Visualiser to join an expanding team in a company that has over 30 years experience in the property industry. The work will consist of early stage concept design imagery to help the architect and developer understand development design for planning applications through to sales and marketing images and animation to sell the concept to potential buyers.
The position can be Freelance or Full-Time.
Salary is negotiable and based on experience and skill base.
The applicant must possess a strong working knowledge of:
3D Max, Photoshop, AutoCad, Vray and a good understanding of Micro Station and Combustion.
The candidate will also possess excellent compositing and photo-retouching skills for producing accurate photomontages.
The candidate must have the ability to work flexibly and adhere to ‘tight’ deadlines, work as a team member and be extremely keen to improve their own capabilities and to supply fresh ideas to our own working practices.
