Online/Editor Marketeer Required (London/Midlands/South East)

We are a small young fashion business, comprising a flagship boutique at 57 Knightsbridge, London, an interesting ecommerce business and a European-wide wholesale business. We urgently need an online designer/editor to help us to develop communications with out potential buying market across Europe.
Key requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in web design - use of Photoshop, Fireworks, Flash, Shockwave, Dreamweaver (or similar).
• Experience of coding very tight XHTML to integrate with MySQL and PHP commercial websites.
• Experience of continual maintenance and updates and improvements to graphic/web design on these platforms.
• Show example work illustrating meeting of web standards, web interfaces, best practices for web design and usability.
• Experience developing print and branded marketing and advertising and adapting it for web delivery.
Nice to haves:
• Experience of page layout for print using Quark, Pagemaker or similar tools
• Sub editorial experience
• Research experience and involvement in marketing or PR business.
Must haves:
• Dynamic, independently minded person that can work un-supervised.
• Engaging communications professional.
• Seeking constant personal and skills development outside of formal training.
• Degree level.
• Exposure to brand agency, marketing agency or magazine environment.
