We're looking for an inspirational designer to fill a gap in our team.
The primary responsibility is to provide great designs that we can use in our projects. We're not just looking for anyone, you've got to be good.
We already have a strong portfolio which is our main entry into many companies, we are looking for someone to build on this but bring new ideas and energy into what we deliver.
We are looking for someone who has great attention to detail, be committed to a very high quality of graphics, layout and typography and be aware of web standards and best practice.
You will of course be great at working on your own and in a team, be able to manage your own workload and be confident in working closely with our clients without constant supervision.
Here are some of the key skills we're looking for - the rest we can work out through the interview process:
* Fluent in Illustrator, Photoshop and Dreamweaver (or similar)
* Design striking interfaces which will be both unique and most of all accessable and usable
* Able to take designs from flat file to high standard XHTML/CSS compliance quickly
* Some experience with Flash/Actionscript - though not absolutely necessary
* Knowledge of designing for Web 2.0 applications (AJAXy stuff) a distinct advantage
* Experience of design for content managed and ecommerce sites a must
What we offer
* Flexible working hours - as long as the work is done
* If you want to work less than five days a week, that's okay
