We're looking for a freelance 3d specialist who can work with architect plans to produce accurate models for use in a Flash brochure site.
We can supply the architect layouts and location photos so that you can make the models as realistic as possible. Indoor and outdoor models will be required - and, ideally, flythrough movies. Surface types will also be provided.
Our client does not have a huge budget so we'll be looking for competitive quotes. The scope of work will be largely budget oriented so pricing is a major factor, as is turnaround time.
The client requires 5 different house types which should then be suitable for use in different site plans ie you would then re-arrange the models to fit in with development plans.
We don't mind what software you use however the models must be as realistic as possible and the end product must be suitable for delivery in Flash (we can transfer into flv format as required).
