Freelancer required for Web Design (Durham)

We are looking for a Freelancer to marke our website more customer focused and snazzy! We are an online adult based web store and we are just not getting the conversion we want with the current site. Site is in ASP but as far as I know all that is required is changes to pages via HTML and changes to the style template. Most of all we want someone creative who can point us in the right direction and compleate the work for us ASAP.
