Freelance Producer required (London / wherever)

I'm looking for someone who can act as a freelance new media producer for me.
I work for larger digital agency who outsource their development work to me, and am looking to build up my client base.
At the moment I am personally a big bottleneck to increasing
production as I am doing all the client handling, speccing, resourcing,
project management, testing and final tweaking myself.
Therefore, I need someone I can trust to help me with all these tasks (except final tweaking, unless you're techie too?).Basically I'd look to hand whole projects over to you to manage. This will not be full time work at first, but could definitely build to that.
For each project, I would need you to give me a fixed price for the number of
hours / days of your time. I would help you resource it and then you would manage it.
Please get in touch with your production experience and rates. Please not I am not looking for full-time contractors, just someone who can take on part-time projects as part of their overall portfolio of work.
