A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY FOR A VERY SPECIAL AND TALENTED LEADER.
(FREELANCE ROLE)
As part of a re-brand, we require an absolutely dynamic person to act as our freelance operations director (effectively a managing director in old talk) reporting directly to our CEO. Experience and awareness of business 2.0 and web 2.0 culture is essential as we adopt a very creative approach to the challenges our business brings.
This is a high profile role and you will become the face of our business and work closely with our freelance team of strategic and PR consultants in addition to working as an effective partner to our CEO who leads the creative aspect of the business.
You will either be a natural salesperson or have the ability to attract and manage a small freelance sales team in addition to understanding the principals of business finance. You will be a natural networker and feel comfortable in both business and social environments.

Job Profile:
The position on offer is a varied and demanding role and requires an organized, upbeat, positive and highly charged person with a high degree of self discipline and initiative. You will principally be involved in forming new partnerships (many with online technology companies), directing our freelance team, supporting our PR effort, assist in our growth and delivering significant revenue and profit over the mid term.
You should be very confident in talking at all levels and on a range of creative, wealth and luxury lifestyle subjects (full induction will be given). Due to the confidential nature of our new launch, we will be happy to fully explain our business brand during an interview (if appropriate).

We operate a fast developing modern luxury brand involving everything from properties to cars and social networking to art and charity. Our company is dynamically different in many ways and is focused on bringing positive and exciting change to the wealth and creative markets we serve.
We have been established since 1998 and this launch is part of our re-brand. We are currently based in Covent Garden, however, will be re-locating to Canary Wharf in October. It should be noted, that as part of our business 2.0 culture, we are rarely office based.
How many hours, and what are the rewards ?
This is a freelance part time role and initial hours will range from 10 to 20 hours per week and offers an equivalent full time salary between £25-£50k per annum pro-rata - based on experience and education.
