Freelance web design (Hampshire)

Looking for a freelance web designer who can also give input to company logo.
We are Van Security sellers and installers. We cover the south of England, but also have fitters in the midlands and Yorkshire.
We are initially looking for a brochure type website, which can then in around 6 to 12 months be updated to an ecommerce site.
Customer base: Trades people with own van, SME with small fleets, Company fleet managers
Couriers

We are looking to have inital site up in 2 months.
