Junior developer (Central Bristol)

We're looking for a junior developer to work with us doing cool stuff like building web apps and viral games.
You will need a strong technical background and a degree in an IT/science/engineering based subject at a 2:1 or higher. You will be a keen problem solver and great lover of learning new things. You will have proven skills in HTML, CSS and particularly cross-browser issues. You won't need to draw but you will need to know about slice and dice in Photoshop. A good knowledge of database design and writing efficient databse queries will also be required.
Our office is a fun and changing environment in which the right kind of person will find themselves flourishing and taking on new responsibilities very quickly. We work with open-source content management systems on top of Apache and Python. No Python skills? - explain to us how your existing skills can be translated to working with these technologies.
You will need to be communicative and you need to be able to work well in a small but friendly team. Starting salary will be between £14k-£20k depending on the candidate's qualities.
