Small but perfectly formed software house/consultancy, requires highly experienced developer/architect to act as technology guru/mentor.
Initially you will put in more than you get out. A monthly retainer is envisaged with equity/shares for the right person after an appropriate period.
You will be a very experienced Developer/Architect with in-depth knowledge of, and experience with, PHP and MySQL. Preferably with experience in both corporate and SMB deployments, have excellent communication skills and a sense of perspective and humour.
You will have the ability to see the short, medium and long term. Have the ability to mentor/train less experienced developers and occasionally get your hands grubby developing code.
