One off small project for a sole trader.
Requirement is for website design and coding for my new venture. The business is a high-end property finding service, based in the UK (Hampshire). I have the copy all written for 7 pages.
Also required is the logo design, and obviously the website will need to be consistent with this design.
I have someone who can FTP to my hosting space, and who will want to maintain the pages. The coding needs to be not too elaborate, so that they can add/edit the navigation and pages using a basic HTML editor at a later stage. No Flash required, but things like javascript rollovers are fine.
This needs someone with a creative approach, original design output, and a strong feeling for quality.
