Hi,

I am currently setting up my web design company in London and I am looking for 4-5 web developers and designers.

The ideal candidate will be good at programming and designing sites using Photoshop, Flash, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, PHP, JSP (at least 2 required of the dynamic programming languages). The developer would also need to be able to write code according to the W3C HTML and CSS standards and search engine optimised code.
