PHP Front/End Developer (UK)

Hi,
We're looking to establish long term relationships with highly skilled PHP developers who (ideally) are familiar with the Cake framework.
If you have front-end integration skills (HTML, etc) that would be a bonus.
Another bonus would be an understanding of version control systems (We use CVSDude.)
