Scope of our work includes: - Corporate websites - Global intranets - Extranets - Web based application development - Email marketing - Research and planning Front-end web developer About the role View is looking for an innovative and enthusiastic front-end web developer to assist an established web development team delivering exciting, and cutting edge projects. The right person will show enthusiasm for new media and the internet and will play an important role by embracing new and emerging technologies. Experience and enthusiasm are essential. Our projects involve a mixture of technologies and will include a good mix of front-end related technologies – though build of front-ends (presentation layer) for .NET based web applications will be a crucial part of the role. Excellence in (x)HTML and CSS for styling, as well as layout and W3C / accessibility requirements are key requisites. Experience with ASP would be a distinct advantage for supporting legacy developments. In order to be considered, all applicants must provide examples of their work (URLs etc.) or be able to demonstrate their work. Key responsibilities -Taking Photoshop designs to ‘pixel perfect’ coded sites - Building front ends that tie into .NET solutions - Optimisation and ongoing maintenance of all websites - Q.A. of projects from a technical perspective About the candidate The role is likely to suit a candidate that is a team player with a real interest in technology, interactive communications, design and accessibility.
