Expert .NET MS SQL & AJAX Developers (Remote)

Hi we are looking at expanded our resources as to call upon individuals for support related issues and/or development of ad-hoc elements to existing sites plus new sites.
Notably we require skilled asp.NET Developers who are proficient in all versions and can code in VB and C#.
Experience in AJAX also a massive bonus. Any examples of high scale e-commerce sites and content management implementations will move you to the top of the list. In addition auditing and encryption experience and knowledge useful.
Note: We don't deal with recruitment agencies (we don't even talk to you guys! - sorry)
Overseas developers are welcome - we are looking for individual or small team developers - we don't want 250 plus teams whereever you may or may not be located.
