6 Month Contract up to £20k pro rata

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who can maintain and develop a small network with 2 Microsoft servers and approx. 40 workstations.

TECHNICAL MUST HAVES:

• Experience in supporting a Microsoft environment
• Active Directory administration skills
• Understanding of networking, ie. DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP
• Be able to build, and support, desktops and laptops
• Experience in supporting printers, scanners etc

TECHNICAL BONUS SKILLS:

• Web development

PERSONAL SKILLS:

You should have a thorough understanding of how to prioritize calls based on the impact of the business.
A thrust for information on the ever changing world of IT and the web.
You must possess good people skills!
