Lead PHP Developer required (London)

We are looking for a highly skilled lead developer to work on a number of websites who have an outstanding knowledge of the following:
1. PHP 4 & 5 and object orientated programming (OOP) skills
2. MySQL and relational database design
3. XHTML and CSS
4. Javascript Including libraries such as prototype, jquery etc.
5. AJAX, Mashups, APIs
6. Linux/Apache admin
7. Search Engine Optimisation
Other requirements:
1. Work from home as well as on-site
2. Must be based in London
3. Be able to successfully demonstrate your skillset
4. Have over 5 years experience developing world-class websites
5. Demonstrate an understanding of building complex CMS systems
6. Must have experience of writing technical documentation
7. Committed, reliable and trustworthy individual you has excellent communication skills
