• Fast computer keyboard typing speed. I can type minimum 40 words in a 1 minute.
• Network Designs and its Management.
• Operating systems - Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP, Vista.
• Database Management Systems.
• Basic SQL understanding.
• Good awareness of Networking concepts and Technologies.
• Good expertise to create RJ-45 cable connectors.
• Basic Router and Switch Configuration..
• Configuring knowledge of PPP, Frame-Relay, and ISDN etc.
• Microsoft office-2007 package; Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc
• Strong Advanced IP Addressing and IP Feature knowledge.
• Languages: English, Hindi, Gujarati.
