PHP / MYSQL developer needed (Cardiff)

We have an exciting role for a web developer who would be invited to come to our Cardiff Bay premises to work as part of a close design-led team.
The role will require the production of the following:
1. Record label website from provided design
2. Bespoke Content Management System
3. various web-related duties
Skills required:
PHP, mysql, css, xhtml, photoshop (preferred but not essential).
Length of work:
2 - 4 weeks
Rate:
To be negotiated
We will require links to previous work and to examples of the CMS system in action. We are not looking for agencies, just talented individuals and people we can continue to work with on future projects.
References will be required.
