vBulletin/PHP freelance needed (London)

We urgently require a freelance PHP coder with good experience of writing modifications (plugins) for the popular vBulletin forum software.
You would work from home (or your own premises) but would occasionally be required to travel in to central London to discuss and plan your work.
In some cases we would pay by the hour but on larger projects we would be looking for a fixed project cost.
Ideally you will reply with your CV but it isn't not essential - our main concern is your knowledge of coding for the vBulletin plugin system. In addition to details of your experience please let us know your hourly rate in addition to whether you can work on a project cost basis.
