Multiple, on-going, new and maintenance projects

I have been running my own web building service for a number of years now and have got to the point where I just can't keep up with all the jobs I have to do.
If you have the skills and ambition to join a creative team of freelancers working on contract basis, then I need to hear from you.
I have clients ranging from International training companies to farms, motor cruiser sales companies to yachtbrokers, schools to charities, small local firms to corporate clients.
The styles of the websites varies greatly, depending on the client, but all my sites are designed with the visitor in mind - quick to download, informative, interesting and, where appropriate, fun.
Pure HTML, Flash, WAP, excellent graphics abilities and creative flair are what you will need. (SQL, Access, Javascript and PHP also very handy.)
Good payment rates and lots of varied jobs are what you will get.
