PHP/MySQL developers...

Due to a backlog of work, I am looking for PHP/MySQL developers to assist with upcoming custom projects for clients and also some development of ongoing internal projects.
Please provide a brief summary of your experience, some examples of RECENT work, details of your current availability and hourly/daily rates.
This would be a good opening for people looking to branch into this field and all applicants will be considered.
Enthusiasm is more important than a high level of experience but you should at least know what a RDBMS is! (Some object-oriented design would help)
