I am looking for SMS Developers for some exciting projects with major Telcos + Enterprises. We would like to do simple marketing promotions e.g a Quiz where users can participate and win product promotions e.t.c. Ideally this would use Java technology and use an SMSc which we could provide. Ideally we would like somedidy who could fulfil the project form end to end with a functional spec provided
