Scripting/Database E-commerce Application

I am looking for someone (or a small team) who has experience of the following (ideally in the Birmingham area):

1. Scripting - ASP/PHP/PERL?etc
2. Database - MS SQL/MySQL/etc
3. Browsers - HTML/Javascript

We have a client with an existing internet e-commerce application that needs a total revamp. Without writing a huge breif it needs cater for initial needs and has to have the ability add new departments/subdepartments/products/discounts/shipping/etc.

Also the freelancer/team need to prove their availability in future for updates.
