Ringtones & graphics

I want to develope ringtone & phone graphics web site. The site should be dynamic. Surfers should be able to order mobile tones and graphic on the site and get it deliverd to their mobiles automatically. there should be a secure page where credit card pyment can be made. Plus they can have a choice of dialing a premium number to get tones & graphics. Also i would like to know how to go about making new
tones and graphics and updating the site.
