E-tail site B2B - London web agy needed

Web agency sought for world class project.
We have been awarded the official license to create a site for a world renowned organisation who are about to release their image portfolio. Manufacturers will produce goods and we need a website creating to store and display their products to major retail chains and consumers. The brand is well known and will be excellently received.
Requirement: profit sharing only. No fees payable, you must be prepared to take control of the technical aspect of the business, including design, development, hosting and updating. You will effectively become the technical department for our business. You will be given a minority shareholding in the venture.
You must be a London-based web agency, with proven e-commerce development skills. Please send URLs and company background.
