web graphics and flash

Looking for a freelancer to do some web graphics and flash work on a casual hopefully ongoing basis.
I have quite a few web clients but my strengths are more technical HTML, PHP, MySQL, search engine optimisation. So I'm just looking to have the option of outsourcing some of the more creative side of the work to get a better result.
I'm don't have specific work on at the moment but I want to be prepared before I pitch to a couple of new clients soon.
Please let me know your rates and some examples of your work.
Also interested in working with anyone who is in the opposite position to me, i.e. strong graphically but would benefit from help on the technical side.
