Flash animation

We are about to start on an educational project (age 4-7) and I am looking for freelancers to help. The project is an interactive storybook based around a nature reserve.
I need someone to create backgrounds and flash animations of different animals. At the moment we are planning to have 10 scenes and 6 different animals. Most of the animal animations will be fairly basic, ie head movements and speech. There will be one lead character, probably a duck that will need to walk etc.
If you are interested, perhaps you could let me have some guideline costs, example urls and timescales.
