SMS Billing Online Competition Production

Immediate position for someone of exceptional skill and willingness to complete projects whilst using initiative to improve functionality for the end user, we need someone / team with strong graphic design and application development skills to work with our organisation to provide services to large UK media organisations. The services we provide are billing products for Internet content or competition entry.
Our Content Payment Platforms Are
Option 1: Pay Per View software.
This is a method whereas the user ops to enter a competition or access the content over the Internet. Once this is done they will be disconnected by our software (C++) from their current ISP and reconnected through our C&W premium rate IP network via their modem. They will be charged x.x.p per minute. This method is currently known a drop dialing.
Once the competition is complete or content finished with, they will be automatically connected back through to their ISP if they wish to do so, alternatively they can end the session completely.
Option 2: The e-Media Billing Premium Rate “call access” (mainly for broadband access)
This is a method where a Premium Rate number is displayed on the competition access page (0906). The user must then dial the number from any phone, once connected the user will be given a pass pin (IVR System - algorithm) The call will be charged at x.x.p per minute and the user will be connected for the required time, thus charging competition / content access fee to the user. At the end of the call the user will be provided with a unique access code (pin e.g. 26372) that must be entered into the competition interface / content access page to enter, the code will only work once.
SMS Reverse billing
This is a new product we have just set up. To work with our partner on this you will need strong XML database skills in order to send text information to their server.
We need someone / team of 2 maybe (design & technical) that can act as our technical department. Projects will include setting up interactive competitions and implementing our dialler software, soft testing and full launch. Will be required to occasionally attend meetings in London with the likes of BSKYB, GMTV, and FREESERVE etc.
Would like someone who has experience in isolated IP addressing. Telephony - Premium Rate, XML, VB.
We need people of the highest calibre only to apply for this position, if skills and commitment is proved over coming months, a share interest in this investment injected company are likely. This will be an ongoing placement and can be completed from home or at our offices in Central London.
