Office share in exchange for work

We're a small web design/development company based near Blackfriars in London, producing solutions for some major UK clients including charities, petro-chemical and design/branding houses.
We're currently looking for a company who would be interested in offering us office space (4 desks), an internet connection and meeting room facilities in central London in exchange for our services/products.
We can and have developed easily-updateable internet,intranet and extranet sites for major clients using our own content management technologies. We also develop static web sites, e-commerce solutions and much more.
We would be happy and willing to provide our web related services at no charge in exchange for office space.
