Symbian C++ development project
posted on 21/10/2002We required an individual to provide us with a Symbian C++ DLL initially for the Nokia 9210/9290 that can be used to initiate a winsock connection to the internet.
The DLL should have the following methods:-
.Connect (phonenumber as string, username as string, password as string, optional script as string)
.disconnect()
And would enabling a calling application written in Appforge (www.appforge.com) to call the DLL using the Appforge "fuser" interface.
The result would be an application that could dial and internet connection that other Winsock compatible applications on the Nokia such as FTP, WEB, Messaging could use once connected.
I need timescales and a cost for this project. We will want all source code and the final ARM compiled DLL.
