after effects composition

We need After Effects (pref 5.5)generated graphics for a series of animated video captions and main titles for a 30 second video promo.
Graphics will a grid layout despicting an internet connecting central London superimposed on London aerials and stills. We will provide background images. Files must be exported as targa and quicktime and sent on cd rom.
Urgent request, please submit rate for job and URLs as possible. London reachable designer preferred will also fund travel for briefing.
