Freelance press officers

During 2003, an Essex local authority will have a requirement on a fairly regular basis for freelancers to write relatively simple, though interesting, press releases on a variety of corporate issues. This will be based in our offices, though perhaps only over 2/3 days a month. Experience of local authority or public sector may be useful, but is by no means essential.
