Retail website Design & Build

I'm looking for someone to design and build a new online retail site for me to support a new shop I am involved with.
As a guide the work will include:
- creation of an online design scheme (we have offline branding as a start point)
- shopping functionality for 200-500 products, including database for uploading and managing products (our stock changes regularly!)
- integration with payment system (preferred worldpay or paypal)
- we have domain name and will manage hosting as appropriate to the site
