pool engine in flash 5 Actionscript

I am looking for an Actionscript Expert with knowledge of dynamics and flash samples to show it. Freelancer's goal is to create a flexible poolgame engine which will handle and resolve pool ball collisions and output an array. Hit angle, hit strength, spin of ball, spin by que have to be counted for.
Purchase of existing engine is an option. Engine has to be ready and tested by end of January.
Please include price quote and samples of related work.
