Re design of Skiing Web Site

We are currently for someone to redesign our website and transfer all the content of our current site into the new design.
Ski Connection is aiming to become the main source of jobs for working in ski resorts. The design has to be of a very high standard, and attract a young audience that are all interested in Skiing. Therefore the sites design must reflect that culture and stand out from our competition. To view the current site visit: www.skiconnection.co.uk.
We are looking for someone to design the visuals and implement them in HTML. Site is marketed to the search engines so no frames can be used.
