posted on 16/1/2003We URGENTLY need a couple of GOOD Microsoft Skilled Web Developers and a Good Designer/Interactivity Specialist.
Why: We have jobs that need delivering NOW
What: We need are people with 2 years plus Microsoft Web Dev experience. We are also looking for a person with at least 10 Years development experience and lots of experience of writing TIGHT specifications.
For the designer we need someone with Dreamweaver, FLASH and DHTML experience who understands style-sheets and template creation.
Please don't bother to waste our time unless you can walk your talk and DELIVER. The man that you will be working for has a bug-bear about people who promise things and then don't deliver. He likes to see good, well-documented code and has no problems with the use of outside components being used if it avoids re-inventing the wheel.
In short unless you are a true development professional, that can work with structured methodologies and using source control tools and standards then don't even bother.
Also agencies please note, that the reason that we are having to look directly is because we have previously been supplied candidates that couldn't do what they claimed and what the agency sold them to do! So don't even think about contacting the e-mail address, as we can (and will) ensure that you get so much SPAM that you have to change domains to get away from it!
