We are looking for a UK based software developer to create an MP3 recorder for us.
The software can be created in any language and must be created to work in a Windows Environment.
We want the look and feel of the software to be almost a replica of the Windows Sound Recorder, however we need less menu functionality.
The software required three basic functions.
1) The ability to adjust microphone recording level.
2) To record a 30 second MP3 file (recording process must finish after 30 seconds)
3) To record an MP3 file, of any time length (within reason, perhaps 10 minutes maximum?).
The software must be package for deployment using any of the major Installers.
The successful applicant will be chosen based on pricing, detail included in original reply, timescales and experience.
This is not an urgent requirement, however we do want the project to start ASAP.
Please email details of how you would complete the project, along with timescales, and pricing. Applicants without the above will not be considered.
