Flash Designer/Artwork for Cartoon Style work

We require an artworker/designer to produce some work inside Macromedia Flash 6 in a cartoon style (similar to Cartoon Network)
You will work closely with a creative lead inside our company. The style has already been defined, but your input on its application will be required and encouraged.
