Recruitment Site

I'm after somebody to develop a recruitment site using ASP/MS Access

So basically a site that users can search jobs, post CV's, employers able to search CV's post jobs etc all with Login/register features

I'm more after this backend stuff, but if you can design also I may be after that too.

I'm after costs and timescales and previous examples in this area.
