Basic Access Development

Access developer required to put a simple front end on a very simple 4 table database with three related fields.
The database is used as a backend to a product listing web site, and users of the site can enter data into the database via an adminstration area on the site.
However, I need someone to create input forms to allow users to enter data directly into the database, off-line, rather than through the web front end.
Please supply a rough idea of costs to develop the necessary forms.
