Web/Desktop Travel Interface

I am looking for some designers to help me build a travel based web/desktop interface to allow all important personal travel plans,appointments. numbers etc to be held online. Encrypted and password protected.
Must have a simple interface for non tech people to add and then publish to the own secure homepage. Like blogger.
Need to build mock-up for further funding. Designers who help build will get chance to develop full project if successful. Please email me for details and approx budget (if possible)
